I'm using a macbook pro (released mid 2010 v. 10.9.5) and I want to install Norton security but I've had this laptop for about 2 years now and in those 2 years I haven't had any security protection. I'm not too sure if my laptop does or does not have any viruses or anything on there but will installing Norton Security Premium remove all current viruses, malware etc. or will I have to do a virus scan prior to installing and where would I find this? Thanks.
