How do I do virus scans on iPhone?
Norton does not have virus protection for iPhones (or any IOS devices).
This message is not from Norton, so you need to determine where the message is coming from. If it is in your browser, and it is suggesting you call a phone number to get things fixed, it is a scam page loading from the web site you are viewing. Just close your browser and ignore it. Try not to visit the site you were on when the message came up.

Always been Norton user. What/who do I turn to?That feature is not available in the Norton Mobile Security product. The only features for IOS devices is a phone finder and contact backup. Both of which can be had for free from Apple using the Find my Phone app and iCloud. And they work better.
It is argued that IOS devices do not require AV as the OS sandboxes all apps. So they can not interact with each other, or the OS. Therefore the OS cannot be compromised.
