On the new version, if it doesn’t like a file then it just quarantines without asking first.
On the old version, I changed settings to ask first which gave 3 options on files it didn’t like — quarantine, ignore this time, ignore for all future scans.
I can’t find that setting in the new version. Can anyone point me to it?

Antivirus → Exclusions → Add
Scans → Exclusions → Add
Quarantine → Restore | Create exclusion & restore

Sigh. Nothing easier? Or did Norton really make something simple more difficult with way too many steps?
It used to be easy to do with just a click or two.
What you describe is time consuming with lots of clicks.

Probably won’t but I gave them feedback that was blunt and to the point. I doubt if they will listen to “dumb users”
But I really am getting fed up with “Norton knows best” attitude. Guess it is time to vote with my feet when my subscription ends.
