Virus Schedule not working for the past several weeks

I have been using NIS for years but switched to Norton Security Deluxe last year.  The last several weeks both quick scan and full scan will not schedule.  I have to scan my computer manually.  I have contacted support, uninstalled and reinstalled NS and I still can not schedule scans.  The full schedule is once a week, 11 pm, with AC power on and was working.  The quick scan does not scan after an update.  My computer will go days without any scans.  My sleep mode is set for 4 hours.  Thankful for any help.
