Virus/Trojan Help

I have an issue with a virus or bug that keeps coming up. I have SONAR.Module!gen3 Detected As:SONAR.Module!gen3. It comes up at least once a day, with Norton Stopping it. But then I have 2-3 other things come up each day with Norton Blocking and/or detecting signals trying to be sent out. Each day its some random file that’s created and Norton deletes it. Its usably a .dll file or .tmp. Each day it tries to do something and is blocked. (I assumed evertying is being blocked but I have no idea. I have tried A full scan and nothing ever turns up. I did the Norton eraser and nothing turns up.

I need any help / advise.

I don’t want to wipe my system but this is the third time I’ve gotten this thing. (in the last few months) The last two I had to wipe my system (because no one had any idea how I can get ride of it).

I don’t go to any sites that are risky, dont open email and I have Norton Internet Security.  No idea how I get this. I also have the security for browser maxed out.

Anywho .. here is an order of how they came up, or come up.

Order of Virus things that came up from last to first:
SONAR.Module!gen3
SONAR.Dropper

Trojan.Gen.2
SONAR.Module!gen3
Hacktool
Trojan.Tracur
SONAR.Module!gen3 (first thing to come up 3 days ago)

Not sure how I got this thing. Any help would work, thanks.

Aslo, I just tryed a system restore point. I went back 1 week before the first thing poped up. Im hoping that will work.

Well... after calling a person from Norton Via phone, I wondered if anyone spoke english. So I did do the system restore. So far no issues, it appears to be gone. Nothing has came up for 2 days now.
