I recently renewed my Norton 360 and I can't open, download or run files/programs from email or internet, including program updates. I've reset IE9 to no avail. Won't work in Firefox either. I get the yellow banner at the bottom of the screen to OPEN or SAVE, but regardless what I select I get a message that says Can't Download File. When I go to the Download folder, the file is there, but says it didn't download. This is a recent and very frustrating problem. Please help, thanks!
