VPN and product return problem

To be honest, I had my doubts when purchasing this product and my doubts did not mislead me…
When I bought Norton VPN it said it was very fast but even free VPN servers are much faster. And I can’t reach anyone to return it.
They don’t even have a customer representative. Frankly, I’ve never been satisfied with Norton VPN and Norton 360 Antivirus, I want my money back immediately.
