VPN changes time zone

I would like to report a problem with Norton VPN. When I play a game like Minecraft, I change the VPN to some other country for protection. 
Then I change it back after playing.

I think Norton VPN messes up my calendar when I do so.  When I check my calendar (OneCalendar), I believe it's still at the foreign country time zone, and that is why some some of my all day events are now spread over 2 days.

After I reboot, the all day events is still spread across 2 days.

I fixed this problem by checking all the time zones, removing my calendar account from OneCalendar and re-adding it again.
