Issue abstract: VPN Connection Error - VPN is having trouble connecting to the server.

Detailed description: I am getting the error message listed in the Issue Abstract when trying to VPN to Belgium from our iPhones and iPads. All other countries are no problem. But I can VPN to Belgium from my Mac, so the issue seems specific to iOS.

So you have Norton 360 installed on your phone? If so, are you able to access Belgium when using the 360 VPN feature?

I just tested from Canada and was able to get a Belgium VPN connection. Maybe it was just a temporary issue with the servers for Belgium.

I do not have Norton 360. I have Norton VPN Standard (current version 4.23.1.20250801.1561) and the issue is permanent, since a couple of weeks, it worked for years prior to that.

Have you restarted your phone since this started happening?

Have you been able to try using a different network connection?

As of just a few hours ago, everything is working again as it should … Without restarting any devices, without updating any software, without making any changes … It will remain a mystery why it did not work for several weeks. I hope it continues working now !
