I posted to an earlier thread about using Norton 360 for Windows VPN running Windows 10 and 11 and the frequency of the connection dropping with alerting me. This rendered the VPN worse than useless. I noted that when I found it happening I would toggle it off and on and it would work for a while and I encouraged support to see if this might be an important clue to the glitch.
For the last 3-4 weeks the VPN has been totally reliable. I hope this means the problem is resolved. Just want to say a good word to offer positive feedback when appropriate.
