So, ios 18 has been out a while and you have deployed at least 2 or 3 “bug updates” BUT your VPN is still incompatible with my ios mail that I draw from Xfinity (nee Comcast). I had hoped you would have fixed it by now but apparently either you are unaware of the incompatibility or have chosen to ignore it - both of which are totally uncharacteristic of your prior excellence.
Please look at this and fix it.

You mention this has been happening since before the iOS 18 update.
What you are probably seeing is your email provider blocking known VPN IP addresses. They do this to protect your email account when they see a login attempt from a location they are not expecting to access your account. Some email providers will just ask for additional verification that it is you. Others just block access when using a VPN.
Try contacting Xfinity Support to see if they have any suggestions.
Thanks but I was not clear, the problem STARTED with IOS18, it was working fine before that.
