VPN Multiple Users at same time

I have installed VPN on 2 boxes in my home. However, when one is on the VPN and the other logs in, it kicks to the first one off of VPN.
How can I have 2 boxes on the VPN at the same time, without having a separate Norton acct? Please advise. TY... /skf

If you have the standalone Norton Secure VPN, did you purchase a multi device subscription? If not, you are only allowed one device at a time. You will need to upgrade to the next level VPN subscription to be able to use more than one device at the same time.
