Just installed macOS Catalina 10.15.6 update on my Mac and now I find that my Norton VPS that I have been using successfully for quite a while is no longer able to connect. Everything else about the Norton still works (so far, at any rate). Apart from reinstalling it, any suggestions?
VPN for Mac stopped working (again). Had temporarily turned off WiFi when using computer outdoors, but despite rebooting and reinstating WiFi later, VPN wouldn't recommence.
Thank you for your suggestions about my VPN not working in my Mac. I finally jiggled with the auto-on icon after rebooting, etc. and the VPN seems to have come back on for all subsequent reboots. I'm happy again.
Hi, I am experiencing the same issues on my MacBook- been on the same network for the last few weeks, haven't updated anything. The Norton VPN now won't connect to some regions. Initially it looked like it wouldn't connect at all, but some regions such as Australia, Belgium and France seem to work. Other regions such as the United States, the UK and Canada will not connect and will get stuck on the "Connect" screen.
I have tried the solutions from SoulAsylum and neither have worked.
Norton VPN is still working for all regions on my iPhone.
My VPN on Catalina 10.15.6 also will no longer connect. Worked with support completely uninstalling security and VPN. Reinstalled. Still not working. What do I try next?
All: If you have followed the instructions in this article and not had good results, follow the instructions in this article. Please be advised that the second article solution will remove ALL Norton products that are installed on your MAC. Hoping this helps with your issues.
Cheers
I have a similar issue...VPN app starts on Mac but the option slider to turn on secure connection does not work. No way to turn on VPN. I uninstalled and re-installed vpn app and same issue. macOS 10.15

I have not been able to sign in to Norton VPN for the past 2 days. There is a problem that the tech support people are unaware of. It would be good if Norton could fix their problem.
