VPN product is not stable!

The VPN product is not stable. At random times during the day requires me to log in again. Many times attempting to log in again the app will error out requiring me to kill the app and start again. 

On the same network I also have my work laptop using my works VPN and never have issues with it going offline for reasons unknown. So I feel sure it isn't my network causing the Norton VPN issue. 

I need to be able to rely on the VPN product. Or I need to move on.

Chat support recommended an uninstall - reinstall which I have done. If you don't hear back from me this solution worked.

Same problem, been happening for about 6 weeks now. Running windows 10 and have Norton Security, not 360, installed as well.

I have the same problem, on a Mac Catalina.  Additionally, the VPN product has disappeared completely at least 3 times in the last month, requiring a complete reinstall of the application.
