VPN reduced download and uplaods speeds when on

When i turn on VPN on Norton 360 it reduces my download speed 85 % and my PC is crawling, I leave off all the time, Norton could not come with a solution to my problem and IT has no idea how to repair this very serious problem, it's not my service provider at all. Norton cannot and would not answer my problem at all, fluffed me off because I'm 82 years old and have been a Norton customer from years long than some smart IT are old.

Good thing they don't work for me!

This has been a hit and miss issue with some users. I have not been able to find a common denominator for this. And it seems Norton has not been able to figure it out either. I have never seen the massive speed reduction like you are seeing, but others have.
