VPN says subscribe when I have an account

I download a version of the Norton security software that was sent to me by my company. I installed both Norton and the secure VPN. When I open the VPN sign in and go through the screens it says "Subscribe Now". When I click on Subscribe it all starts over again.

My subscription includes VPN, so i don't know why it isn't registering my sign in. Please help!

Tried reinstalling several times.

Thanks - TJ

Your initial post says  "I download a version of the Norton security software that was sent to me by my company." What security software product did you have sent to you? As I noted above, if it is not Norton 360, the VPN is not included in that subscription. If it is 360, you do not need the standalone VPN because it is a feature of the 360 software that is activated by the 360 subscription.

Even if you do have the 360 software, the Norton rep is correct in that if you are trying to activate the Norton Secure VPN standalone app, you would need the login credentials of someone who has a VPN or 360 subscription. The VPN app does not have the same subscription process as Norton 360 where an email can be sent by someone with a subscription with a link to a pre activated installation.

We have the standalone Norton Secure VPN product. The rep from Norton said I have to use someone else's credentials to sign in, which doesn't sound right. My colleague shared the download via formal Norton email link, which I downloaded. But as I said earlier, when I sign in, it says Subscribe Now. Clicking the Subscribe Now button takes me back to the sign in page. So even if I wanted to subscribe, it would take me to the right place...

If you have Norton 360 installed, that has a VPN feature included, and you do not need the standalone Norton Secure VPN software.

Is the Norton supplied by your company Norton 360? If not, what exact Norton product is installed. Some earlier Norton Security products did not include access to the VPN software so you would need a separate paid subscription.
