Norton VPN stopped working with Windows 11 after upgrading some time ago. reinstalling 360 didn't work.
dasato:I downloaded Secure VPN through the link and logged in using my Norton account creds. It's connecting as a stand alone without any problems.
as test: installed standalone Norton Secure VPN.

Interesting....so, your W11 is okay.
So, as per your Topic. Norton 360 Secure VPN doesn't work with (your) W11.
Hopefully, Norton will review your Topic.
Maybe, open a Support Ticket.
Maybe, try clean-er Norton 360 reinstall [here].
I'm not a fan of bundling VPN. I'd rather run a standalone VPN. Just me.
Caveat: I do not run Norton standalone Secure VPN.
Let us know - any progress.
Lets hear from Community
@dasato
btw ~ fwiw ~ Community just heard - There will be a new build available soon. [here]

yes, Norton VPN bundled with 360 worked when I first installed on an HP laptop running Windows 10 OS. I've used the NRnR tool. Attempted just removing then reinstalling separately thinking it would delete all settings created by Norton 360 program then starting fresh. That didn't work.
I will attempt a to install a standalone and see if it will work.
Just a thought...just for testing.
If you want to install standalone Norton Secure VPN...just for testing.
Norton Secure VPN standalone...download link > http://norton.com/nsvwin
Norton Secure VPN standalone can be activated using your valid Norton 360 subscription key.
Note: having Norton 360 and standalone Norton Secure VPN installed (at the same time) is just for testing standalone Norton Secure VPN connectivity with your W11 machine.
Norton VPN stopped working with Windows 11 after upgrading
So, Norton 360 Secure VPN was working okay with W10?
Then after W10 to W11 upgrade.
Norton 360 Secure VPN stopped working.
And reinstalling Norton 360 did not help.
Did you run Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool => Advanced Option => Remove Only?

yes ive tried resetting ipv4, ipv6. uninstalling and reinstalling Norton 360 and saving files. uninstalling and reinstalling WAN Miniport drivers. Also setting the auto select region. none of these fixed the issue unfortunately. this started quite awile ago but always had a secure connection at home so I gave up for the time being. Now I find myself having to work away from my home connection and attempted to getting Secure VPN working. Im using the version that comes bundled with Norton deluxe 360. I dont receive any error messages other than "Secure VPN unable to connect."
Curious, do you receive any Norton Error: or Message: ?
fwiw ~ I imagine you've tried:
Windows
Connect to the "Auto-select" region ›
Uninstall and reinstall WAN Miniport drivers ›
Reset network adapter and TCP/IP stack ›
