Like others, I have had a speed issue with Norton VPN and some websites that I visit don't open.
I have had location issues as, despite VPN showing me as located in the UK, I get messages from Sites telling me that they don't serve the Czech Republic! Now I have a further problem, I live in Gloucester, ENGLAND, but I am showing as being in Gloucester, CANADA! (See attached image)
I have reinstalled VPN but the issues are still the same. Does anyone else have this problem and a solution please?

From the first screenshot, the IP address is from UK location. So, are you referring to the Map shown as Canada?

From the second screenshot, Can you please provide website url? Also, can you please check whatismyipaddress.com when the connected to Norton Secure VPN and see if it is reflecting the same region?
