Not sure what Norton did, but all my VPN is now Amazon. Also I didn't know Amazon hosted VPN's.
Anyway: https://imgur.com/VksIEJj on pretty much all websites.
This has never happened before.

Websites often block VPN access for legal or copyright reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can do to get around these blocks. Contact the individual web sites to see if they block VPN access. Many sites do this for legal/copyright reasons. A VPN service does not block access to any sites. There is no white/black lists for sites. Web sites have the right to protect their content. And sometimes there are legal reasons for blocking access to users from a different geographic location. (credit peterweb)

Caveat: I seldom run any VPN On.

The Norton VPN service does use different server farms to provide the VPN service. And apparently, some of them are from the Amazon cloud services. If you are having trouble with a given server, try using a different VPN region. Click on the little down arrow beside the VPN feature's Turn on, or Turn off, and then click on VPN Region. Scroll down to a different region than you were getting connected to and test.
Were you actually banned from the site, or did they just disallow your connection? Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, and political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to circumvent these legal protections. (credit peterweb)
