VPN will not allow connection with online teaching program "Canvas"

Anytime I try to connect to "Canvas" as an online teacher I receive the following screen

This is the screenshot of the page that comes up when I click on Canvas in the colleges portal whether on my computer or yours or my phone when the VPN is on.

The screenshot is a smiley face with an outlined computer beneath it. My wife has tried two laptops, a desktop and two Iphones with no success. She can only access if she turns off the VPN. She has also tried 3 different browsers with the same result.

Does Norton VPN have a known issue with the online teaching program "Canvas?" We have used Norton for years with no problems in the past.

Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to circumvent these legal protections. See this How to Geeks article.   https://www.howtogeek.com/403771/why-do-some-websites-block-vpns/

You need to contact the support for the Canvas web site to see if they block VPN's and if they have any workarounds.
