My VPN will not switch on. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling Norton 360 but it has made no difference. I notice that this is problem for other people to in the last week or so.
Are you getting any error message when the VPN fails to turn on?
Any chance you have also installed the standalone Norton Secure VPN? If so, uninstall it as it can cause strange behaviours.
