Hi, I had to upgrade to T Mobile from Sprint last week. Norton 360 VPN was working fine with Sprint. Now it will not connect at all. Comes up saying can’t connect and try again later.
Looking for any solution I can do use Norton VPN again on the hotspot.
Thanks for the post back. It appears, in your case, the issue lies with T-Mobile and their lack of support.

Thanks all for your help. I even contacted T Mobile and basically was told they weren't worried about supporting the hotspots. Even many use theirs for work still. I was even looking at many having problems on the T M community that weren't happy the changes they did and having VPN problems.
SA I just checked the WAN Miniport (PPTP) and I tried update and best were installed on the desktop.
Yes, I was referring to the desktop and laptop in my earlier post.

I’m still haven’t gotten to the laptop until I get the desktop OK.
Referring to checking both devices- I can check the desktop, but I’m using the T Mobile (Android) hotspot.
Not sure how to access that part.
On BOTH devices look into your device manager and see if your network adapters installed drivers look like those below. Pay close attention to the WAN Miniport ( PPTP). If that is missing we have to investigate why.

Hi SA, tried it again this morning and with the changes to the firewall public network extensionsand adaptor settings and PMF off and on, it didn't work on my desktop. It said on the Balloon at the bottom, VPN was connected , but when I opened up the VPN settings(region, connect) it wasn't connected. Back to square one now.
Sorry for the tardy reply back. If PFM isn't causing any conflicts just leave things they way they are. Some new certified devices have a requirement for it.

I don't believe my first reply made it. I followed the info. on the firewall and the wifi adaptor and so far good. Will try again tomorrow to make sure it's OK on the desktop. Then I'll.make changes on the laptop. Thanks.
SA, another question on the hotspot and Norton VPN. I wonder if there is a conflict when I’m running the VPN and Protected Management Frames at the same time??
I turned PMF off while running the VPN for now.
Hello Myidea. There is a thread where this same issue is being worked for a possible solution. I have found a solution that works on my side, from a Windows 10 laptop hotspot to my mobile device. Maybe the suggestions there may help.
