Detailed description: the title says it all i cant turn it on even when i press the on button with rapid mouse clicks it refuses to turn on

Product & version number: norton 360 deluxe lastest version

OS details: windows 11

this build 24.12.9725 (build 24.12.9725.897) i cant update any further
and yes i did all the suggestions you mentioned so i uninstalled it completely and reinstalled it again as repair didnt help either now its working again but now the issue im getting is its dropping my bandwith to below 5mbps and now i turned it off completly coz its gone useless to me its a shame coz i liked this vpn alot and it worked fantastic before update now its a piece of garbage and forced to go look else where for a better vpn which im sad about :frowning:
