VProConsole.exe - No Disk (NG 14.0)

I keep getting the message "There is no disk in the drive.  Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk5\DR5" when I try to open Norton Ghost. 14.  This message appears right after the "Connecting and retrieving recovery service ..." window opens.  I am running Vista 64.  Norton Ghost status shows "the backup destination on [Elements] is unavailable." 

 

All drives are abailable and appear to be working correctly.  Device manager shows no hardware/driver issues.

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Norton Ghost, with no luck correcting the problem.
