Another great reason I dumped NOD32 for NIS. I tried KAV 09 and it slowed my pc down. Especially browsing.

Wall Street Journal 2008 recommends NIS2009 as the best security product for 2009 according to several tests conducted

by many different CERTIFIED labs voer Kaspersky 2009 ,Fsecure and many more.

Well done Symantec!!!!

Although I don't think the environment who wrote it. You would think they should be busy with other things these days

Symantec is great !

Dancing on the ceiling with every Symantec fans !

Quoted " Symantec is now including free support, even over the phone, though in my tests this support proved lousy".

Are the support level in Symantec that lousy?  I actually think it was okay, I get to chat with tech support, but I do noticed that sometimes the technical support do not know the cause of the problems and thus recommend " Please remove using Norton Removal Tool and re install NIS".   It work....remarkably!!

Thank you

Yes I agree that symantec needs to improve in technical support aspect and i am sure that just like they

have improved their reputation about computer slowdowns , they will work on Support

Still  THREE CHEERS FOR SYMANTEC !!!!!!!

Tell the Kaspersky fanboys and they will say that Symantec paid them.

I tell them to put the evidence on the table, then they go away.
