Hello. This is my first post in the community. I hope I am doing this right. I didn’t see any topics addressing my question so I started another topic. I just noticed today that the Norton Safe Search Homepage no longer has Walmart and Amazon listed as quick links. They were there yesterday (08-29-24) Why would those sites be removed in favor of those I have never heard of…AllExpress…Fiverr? I would think people use Walmart and Amazon every day. I would put Walmart or Amazon in quick links I have control over, but I have other sites there and we are only limited to six that we can choose. I know it’s not an urgent request, but I do use Walmart and Amazon VERY frequently. Can those sites be put back or at least give us the ability to add more of our own. I would like an answer if someone knows please. Thank you

That is so strange. I have the picture I took, but it says that I can’t embed pictures in a post!
That is so weird. I have a pic of my screen to send with this message. I can see it right in the message. I try to reply to your message and it says that I can’t embed images in a comment!
Do you have another browser to test?
Did you already try Norton Home Page reinstall?
Did you try new default Chrome profile with just Norton Home Page extension?
VPN enabled?
other extensions?
I have five browsers. LOL Not sure why. I will get rid of a few. I have Edge and Firefox I will keep. I’ll check. Still not sure why if you used Chrome Walmart and Amazon were there. I’ll go check. Thank you.

I checked. I had the top one off and the bottom one was on. I also checked on Firefox and Walmart and Amazon are on that. I tried removing my background pic on my Chrome Norton Homepage, but that didn’t do anything. Still not the problem. Still have those other weird sites but no Walmart or Amazon. I’ll turn off acceleration. I have to relaunch chrome todo that so I’ll keep the URL from here.
Nope. Changing that setting didn’t do anything. LOL
Hey, thank you so much for your time. I don’t want to monopolize it when this is not an urgent issue. I still think it’s weird that this suddenly happened today and you have what my old home screen said when you went checked Chrome. I only checked Firefox and it has the old list of quick links. I’m not changing to Firefox, though. LOL Have a wonderful weekend and holiday if you celebrate where you are. God bless.
Guess what? I just came back online and my Norton Safe Search homepage has Walmart and Amazon there. There are still some I didn’t have before, but I’m happy those two are back. I did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to “fix” it. LOL
