Want to install on replacement PC

I only have 4 computers and I have two keys for 3 licenses each.  However, they both show as completely used.  I just replaced my daughter's laptop and got rid of the old one and I'd like to install Norton Internet Security on it, but I can't download another copy even though I don't have the computer with the old copy on it anymore.  What can I do?

You can download Norton from www.Norton.com/latestnis. However, if you wish to keep the local identity safe, you will need to install the 2012 version of Norton first from www.Norton.com/nis12 before doing an over the top install of the 2013 version. You can ask Norton support at www.Norton.com/chat to release the Norton key on the old pc.
