I have just bought a new laptop with windows 8 and had Norton gold installed for me (by PC World). The computer has started to give me a warning that network firewall is off and protection against spyware and unwanted applications is off. I have tried to switch it on, but can't see how to do this.
Secondly my Norton account (the security program) allows me to login but once logged in 30 seconds later I get the sign in window again.
I am new to windows 8, but am generally IT savvy, any help really appreciated.
