We were not able to automatically fix all issues

I am getting a message saying "We were not able to automatically fix all issues" and stating my computer is at risk. When I try and run the scan it runs for a short while and then returns to the same message. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled many times, sometimes it fixes the issue for one scan but then it is back.

I spoke to a Norton online support person who took over my computer did some troubleshooting, uninstalled with something they downloaded to completely uninstall and reinstalled. This fixed the issue temporarily but it's back again. I'm not sure what to do now, is this a problem with Norton?
