I have had to use Google just in order to find many of the pages on this site or in order to get where i want without having to click on 3-5 links in order to where i want to go.
I would propose an easier navigation system to have ALL pages easier to access and make it simpler for users to use.
(E.X. My mother had trouble finding a way to contact the norton team on the site so instead she used google so she could find the phone number alone.)
