I have my Web site with "Microsoft Office small business" I do not have access to the root folder. I replied to the Microsoft and they advise me(with detail instruction) to use Meta tags and to follow the instruction step by step and at the end it's was saying "Keywords in wrong format". Why is it so difficult ? Is there any other way to verify ownership? Please help me. I just do not know what to do. Please also note that I am not a computer guru and may need some more basic instructions for an old lady. Thank you. Alla.
