The HTML file appears okay and the Safe Web meta tag appears to be properly formatted and placed on your home page.
I will notify the Safe Web team of your issue. Please allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.
In the mean time, could you double check that the URL you submitted to Safe Web exactly matches your website address, letter for letter?

Now, another very important issue. Your website only resolves if the www prefix is included. If I type in timhenderickx.net, I cannot reach your site and am presented with a "Cannot display the web page" message. You should check this with your hosting provider because your website should resolve with or without the www prefix. Currently, you may be losing visitors.

Your site ownership has been manually verified and your site 'http://www.goldenpandasurf.com' has been submitted for analysis. Note that the initial evaluation process may take up to two weeks to complete.
I've tried to verify my website (http://www.goldenpandasurf.com) few times but the message (Web site ownership verification failed. Copy the auth file to the root directory of your Web site or copy the meta_tag into your Web site`s home page.) keeps appearing. Pls assist me.
