WebEx Remote Program Connected with Norton

After installing Revo Uninstaller yesterday, WebEx Support Manager for Firefox/Netscape/Chrome program displayed, which I did not install!

Apparently, this program is connected with Norton and can go through all Firewalls. I don't know why Norton would use a program that accesses their clients computer remotely. I do NOT know why this program still shows up even after I had to create a new User Profile then later on a clean install of Windows!

Here is a screenshot of Revo Uninstaller of this program, which does NOT display on my Add/Remove Program list!
