Issue #1
Ive been having login issues with the Norton Family website for almost a week now. I get the exact error message each time I try, I've only had one successful login after account creation.

Issue #2
I have two computers in the home that my child uses, I installed Norton Family on both machines wanting an overall monitoring solution. Now I can't log into either machine and when I try it says that it's part of another Norton Family account. This issue only happened when I installed the second client. Both users at the beginning had the same ID, I changed one thinking that was the issue, but that resulted in no change.
Computers are Win7, both run MS SE for antivirus.
