I Chg'd E-Mail Accounts, after Loading a Newer Version of 360 Deluxe (Another Year), on 2 Devices. I Did't Chg that 2nd Verification Method, but Didn't Realize, that a Verification E-Mail, may have been sent to Verify this Information (This has Since Expired & may be what caused this to Lock-Up, I'm Not Sure?). I need this 2nd Verification Method (Phone # via Text Message) to be Reset, so I can Access My On-Line Account Information & etc (See Below).

Yes, I still have that Phone #. I'm Thinking that because I had a Newer Version of the Software + I Chg'd E-Mail Accounts, that that caused the Lock-Up Problem(s)? I just got into this Account & was able to Double Check All that Information, was Correct. Long Story Short-After a Few Days of being Locked-Out of this Account, it Appears that Everything was Correctly Updated (Newest Version 360 Deluxe) & My Account was Unlocked.
Do you no longer have the phone with the phone number ending in XX08? That is where the 2fa code is being sent.
If you do not have that phone number available to you and that is the only method for 2fa that you set up, you are out of luck accessing that account again. There is no way for anyone, including Norton, to change or add a new method for security reasons. If you could do it, so could a scammer if they had enough of your personal information available to them.
