Our website https://justifiedlaboratories.com/ has been incorrectly flagged as a '"Malicious Website Detected" on both Windows and Android mobile devices, screen shot attached. I have not had a chance to test IOS or anything other devices. Our website is an e-commerce website that sells health and beauty products and hosted in Shopify. Shopify support has confirmed that our website is secure and our SSL certificate is fully installed.
We have run a report on https://safeweb.norton.com/ and our website is status is being displayed as SAFE, attached is a screen shot.
We have also opened a case via the submission portal for a False Positive test and it is going on 72 hours and our case has not been updated yet. Below are the exact details of the submission

There is no connection between Microsoft account suspensions and Norton product detections hence I suggest you to contact Microsoft to address your account suspension. If you still believe my explanation above will help, feel free to use it.
I'm not longer seeing this issue on my end and I can successfully access our site via windows and android devices.
The issues looks to be resolved however I have not received an official reply from Norton, the submission ID is listed below

Our Microsoft advertising account was also suspended the around the same time that we noticed our website was being by Norton as malicious. I'm under the assumption that Microsoft uses some form of Norton anti virus to screen websites and we have never had an issue with Microsoft account until we noticed our account was being flagged by Norton.
We would like an official reply from Norton and details as to why our website was being flagged as malicious. We will need to present this to Microsoft advertising as evidence to have our account reinstated.

I have tested this website on Android and iOS devices and was unable to reproduce the issue. If you still see the Norton detection, can you please share the screenshot of the detection screen so we can further investigate?
