Website blocked, but the website is not reported in the Activity log

Hi,

 

I have onlinefamily running and have monitoring enabled for blocked sites for my kids.  When they go to ebay.com and try to view a particular item auction, the site is blocked and are categorized as "uncategorized." 

 

When I view the activity log online, the specific site URL is not listed.  When I click the link to dispute the site categorization, categories appear as category.0, category.20553, etc.  There are 20 categories listed to deselect on the dispute screen.

 

I would expect ebay sites and subsites (shop.ebay.com, pics.ebay.com, etc.) to be listed in the Shopping category but it appears they all are in the "uncategorized" category.

 

Can someone explain how I allow the subsites associated with ebay.com, why the URL is not listed in the activity log for this specific blocked site (other blocked site's URLs appear in the log as they should), and what the numeric category.0, category.20553... really mean.
