What a Shambles

Let me share my experience.   I have been using Norton for the past six years without problem.   I hate automatic renewal of a subscription on anything I purchase because it precludes research of better offers.   Yesterday I received an email from Norton suggesting that I take advantage of a free update to my premium subscription to include a VPN.   I decided to go ahead but I was too slow to pick up the fact that I needed to sign up to auto renewal.   I suspended my sign up and left the site.  I also removed the details of my debit card to ensure that auto renewal did not work.  Since that time 2 of my tablets and 1 computer have been locked out of Norton despite having 240 days left on my subscription.   I have attempted to sign back in and have had to reset and reconfirm my password twice.  I have tried to uninstall to reinstall Norton on my tablets but the uninstall button is blanked out.   At this point in time I am very p88888 off with Norton.

To uninstall Norton Mobile Security, NMS, from a mobile device, you first have to disable the device administrator for NMS. Tap on the three bars at the top left of the NMS screen and tap on App Settings. then in the Anti-Theft section, disable the Device Administrator setting. Then the uninstall option in Android Settings should be available.

To sort out your subscription issue, contact Norton Support at   www.norton.com/contactcs    They are the only ones that can sort out subscription issues.
