What can I do to get some customer service out of Norton ?!

3 sessions with remote control of my excellent new p.c. No issues fixed. Software disappears. Remote session finds all kinds of traces of software and says it's all good now. Restart P.C. software still nowhere to be found. Call software company. Maybe something on their end. They sat all is good. I'm all paid up. They have no problems and I have had no issues with software. Try to "chat". What a joke. Is "Kate" a person or robot. Ignores what I type and types about "I don't know what" ! Kate won't give me time to reply before she goes off on another direction. I call Norton. Phone play trying to talk to a real person. Finally ! A recorded voice tells me that due to high call volume  I'll have to call back later.....click !    Welcome to customer service at Norton. I won't even get into the fact that I can barely understand the foreign accents of the reps that I am trying to converse with. Is it just me ? Does anybody have a similar problem and perhaps a solution ?
