What Does "11&frac34" Hours Mean?

My Norton Family Weekly Report says that my son spent "11&frac34" hours on his computer last week. What does that mean?

I think I figured it out: It seems that Norton Family doesn't know how to write ¾, so instead it writes "frac34". My son spent  a total of 11¾ hours on his computer last week.

 

This the strangest thing I've seen from Norton Family so far.
