Thanks you very much for any suggestions
System Volume Information is the cache of System Restore restore points. Turn off System Restore and those restore points will be deleted along with whatever heur trojan win32 is. Whatever it is, it can't run unless you restore it, so it is harmless in its present condition. What program is detecting it?
Kaspersky finds it, Norton 360 cannot detect it all, I don't know why ...
Thanks everyone very much for any suggestions

Because Norton does not scan the System Volume Information. Malware stored there is inactive and poses no threat. Moreover, SVI cannot be modified (it would ruin your restore points), so even if something is found there, it cannot be removed. That is why the easiest solution to to turn off System Restore to delete all restore points and then turn it back on again.
Also, I hope you are not running Kaspersky and Norton together. Having two real-time AV's can cause all sorts of trouble.

I just turn off System Restores for all drives, and turn them on.
Could you please tell me how to delete all restore points after turning off System Restores?
Thanks you very much for any suggestions
In Windows XP, turning off System Restore deletes all of the restore points. Newer operating systems use different methods. What operating system are you using?
I am using Window XP with SP3, my notebook is Window 7 Home (64bit)
