Only been here a few times, but think don't my question warrants a live chat, and could be answered here. I don't allow disc optimization to run in Quick Scan, because Win 10-64 Pro already does it once a month. I have read where continued optimization of a hard drive create unnecessary wear.
The first thing before I begin work is the run Updates, Quick Scan, Custom Scan, then under Performance heading , File Clean Up to see how much may have been missed, Then in Graphs to check for threats, installations, etc.
But under the Performance heading in Graphs section there is a "Optimize" button, what exactly does this do? Does it optimize Norton 360, or what? I do run it daily.
