What exactly is this free upgrade?

I have received an email from Norton urging me to "Upgrade for Free" (for the remainder of subscription).

It does not give any indication what this upgrade consists of so I am loathe to try it.

I thought my subscription already included cover for plenty of devices, online storage and other benefits.

Can anyone tell me more information about this update, please.

I didn't know there was anything better, certainly nothing else I need.

The message was confusing because the Upgrade button looked like an acceptance, not a request for more info.

I am wary of offers that look like something for nothing and suspected they were being sneaky.

Why didn't they just make it clear what the upgrade was going to give me ?

I shall now decline and wish I had done so straight away !

without saying or showing what the offer is you recieved we cant really tell much on it

i have in the past recieved offer simular for lifelock for the remainder of my subscription

it could be for another service also
