What happened to my Backup configuration?

Norton 360 for Windows

I had configured Norton on my 3 Windows machines with specific backup configuration in terms of what was Included and Excluded. The UI changed to 1.0.88 and now it now appears that config data is all gone. And what I am left with makes absolutely no sense. WHAT happened ?
In addition, I am logged into My Norton on one of my systems and Norton Backup Drive does not show up in File Explorer. Did that option change as well ?

Norton Security 25.1.9816 for Windows is now available!

I’m running 25.1.9816. So if not via Norton Backup Drive, how do you access the files in the backup from you PC now ?

Thanks. If that is the only interface though, that is unfortunate. I’ve tried to use before and found it was way too clumsy. I thought the Norton Backup Drive interface worked much better. But if that is what there is I guess I’ll have to live with it, for now.
