Look at the screen I get when I try to open Norton.....the words in the middle of the screen disappear when I try and click on them.
I am guessing that I must remove the whole thing and start over if I want this sorted. Unless there is another solution, like installing Norton on top of itself, I just may let it alone, yeah it's screwed up but seems to work otherwise.
