Detailed description: gvrbackgroundwindow3 prevent orderly shutdown of our office computer.
We have tried resetting power option (per microsoft advice) but it does not help.
Is this a security problem?
It appears that the gvrbackgroundwindow3 has/had the ability to take screen shots on the computer (this looks like a security risk).
We have been unable to remove or disable the problem using microsoft’s advised methods.
