What is hxtsr.exe and why does Norton keep nagging me about it?

The title really says it all.  Norton Security does not like this file.  Why and what should I do?  I'm running Windows 10 and do not have Office 2016.  I have Office Professional 2007 (which Windows 10 does not like).
