What is Norton Migration?

Norton Migration is trying to run in the background on my Mac but I cannot find anything out about this program. Is it legit?

Hello LJChrist. First question for you is, have you or are you setting up a new computer or transferring any software from an older device to a new one? IE: Windows files to a MAC? Migration Assistant is a MAC feature not Norton, this is the reason for the questions being asked. TIA!!
