Can anyone please tell me what the e-mail address is for either Customer Service or Support? I have been shuffled back and forth so many times my frustration level is at an all time high! Thank tyou

I would suggest you go to the following link and contact Norton via either telephone or Chat.  Either of these methods can not only get you an answer, but will also ensure you are talking with Norton and not some company masquerading as Norton.
