What Password does Norton 360 require for access to setting?

I have forgotten my Norton 360 password. I think it may be an older vault password. The password reset I can find is for Norton accounts. I changed that but 360 does not accept it. Please advise!

I don’t have an issue with the Account password. My problem is with Norton 360. When I select settings in 360, it wants a password. I don’t know what password it is looking for! And I do not remember any previous password. I have not been able to reset 360 either.

The password you need for accessing the 360 Settings from the interface is your Windows Admin password.
